9 months old and counting.....

November always brings thoughts of thankfulness...although Luke and I have been through some pretty awful stuff, I still feel so blessed by our life together. We have been entrusted with not 1 but 2 of the sweetest boys you will ever meet. I just knew Beckett Allen was going to be so hard because there's no way we would get lucky enough to have two easy, laid back babies but we did!! Beckett you are so sweet and snugly. Your smiles are contagious and you idolize your big brother! It's so fun watching you crawl after Braxton to play.
The facts: You now weigh 23.9 lbs and are 29 1/4 inches long. You have 6 teeth and you are loving table food! You had your first double ear infection this month and it was bad enough that your ear drum ruptured. We were so sad but you never ran a fever or fussed so we had no idea it was so bad.
You are still nursing and I am still pumping when I'm at work so you are having breast milk at daycare. I am so impressed by how long we have made it. Your schedule is as follows: You nurse around 6:30 before work. You are having 3-4 5oz bottles at daycare along with breakfast and lunch both of which are store bought purées. In the evening after work you nurse 1-2x and have dinner before bed. You have tried and loved carrots, sweet potatoes, green beans, banana, crackers, Cheerios, and noodles. You did not like avocado.
You continue to struggle with sleeping longer than 1-2 hours at a time and you typically nurse once during the night.

What you are doing: You finally gave up on belly crawling and decided to start creeping on hands and knees on November 10. Now you love crawling along behind us around the house and you have started to show your mischievous side as you enjoy emptying things. Quickly after you discovered creeping you started pulling to stand on everything with no regard for your safety. You are also cruising along the couch and Braxton's train table.
You started clicking your tongue this month and continue to love your pacifier and big open mouth kisses. You also started snuggling in for really good bear hugs and love being chased by daddy.
Things you like: pacifier, Braxton, kisses

Things you dislike: sleep, stage 3 baby food with chunks, and the nose sucker

Big events: Thanksgiving, visiting Santa, Silver Dollar City
Meeting your cousins Maverick and Hudson
